- Full-Time Shelter Manager
Position oversees operations at our 22-bed safe haven including intake for clients needing shelter, assisting residents with setting goals and achieving those goals, maintaining upkeep of the shelter, ensuring the safety of the residents, and supporting residents during their stay.
Candidate must be able to work with a diverse group of coworkers and clientele.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, basic computer skills, flexibility, patience and crisis intervention skills required; overnight stays on weekdays, great benefits, opportunity to work directly with individuals affected by domestic violence and facilitate a positive change in their lives.
Prefer candidate with Associates or Bachelors degree in human services.
